Q: How do I become eligible for a refund or return?

A: After you open the package make sure you inspect the item. We handle the item with delicacy and it’s inspected before we ship them. Every purchase has a 7 day-refund policy, not including Gift cards.

 

Q: what do I expect once I do a pre-order?

A: Pre-order units need specific materials and designs. Once you pre-order the item the shipping time will take a bit longer from a regular purchase. The process of making the item starts when the purchase its done. For refunds and returns pre-orders please check the section of Exceptions / non-returnable items in the refund policy.

 

Q: Do I have to subscribe to order?

A: No, you don’t have to subscribe to order. The subscription just helps the get you inform about updates, news about new items.
